When a meeting is recorded, we may process:

Your personal data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA (including to the United States). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCCs) or UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA)
